Customers will pay for shipping of exchanges back to Tuscan Rose. Tuscan Rose will pay to ship exchanged items to the customers by the same method it was originally shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tuscan Rose makes no guarantee on delivery dates as we have no control on the delivery process once your package has been received by the carrier. International orders go through customs and can experience a delay in process. Please check with your local custom office on delayed orders.
A USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking number for domestic shipping is supplied if an email address was provided with the order. Tuscan Rose is not responsible for lost or damaged orders and any delivery disputes must go through the carrier.
